Terms & Conditions

User Agreement
This agreement (“User Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Afnuu International Pvt. Ltd and its affiliated companies (“Afnuu International”) provide services to individuals (“Users”) intending to purchase or inquire about products and/or services from Afnuu International through its websites or other customer interface channels, including offices, salespersons, advertisements, and information campaigns.

Acceptance of Terms
By availing services from Afnuu International, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. This agreement governs all transactions and services provided by Afnuu International and is binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User and Afnuu International are restricted to the scope of this agreement.
Afnuu International reserves the right to terminate access to its websites or other sales channels without prior notice for maintenance or other reasons.

Additional Terms of Service (TOS)
Specific terms of service (TOS) may apply to certain products or services provided by Afnuu International, such as air tickets, holiday packages, etc. These TOS will be provided or updated by Afnuu International and are considered part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between such TOS and this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall prevail. Users must read and accept the relevant TOS for the services or products they utilize.
Service providers may also have their own terms, conditions, and guidelines. Users are responsible for complying with these terms and guidelines.

Payment of Service Fees
Afnuu International reserves the right to charge transaction fees for completed transactions and listing fees for certain listings. Fees may be altered at any time without notice. Users are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and duties incurred while using the services. In cases of technical or other errors resulting in undercharges, Afnuu International reserves the right to claim the balance.
In the rare event of a reservation not being confirmed, Afnuu International will process a refund and notify the User. Afnuu International is not obligated to make alternative bookings or compensate for unconfirmed bookings. Refunds for no-show events, unused tickets must be requested within 90 days from the date of departure or check-in. Refunds will be processed according to the policies of the airlines, and Afnuu International. No refunds will be given for requests made after 90 days.

Confidentiality
Users must maintain the confidentiality of any information designated as confidential by Afnuu International, unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to fulfill the terms of this agreement.

Communications
Afnuu International may send itinerary information, booking confirmations, payment confirmations, cancellations, refund statuses, schedule changes, or other relevant information via email or voice call to the contact number provided by the User at the time of booking. Users consent to such communications, which are considered transactional and not unsolicited commercial communications.

Liability and Indemnification
Afnuu International is responsible only for transactions conducted through its own channels. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Afnuu International is not liable for any errors, omissions, or representations on its pages or linked websites.
In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., climatic conditions, labor unrest, government decisions, technical issues) that prevent service providers from honoring bookings, Afnuu International will make its best efforts to provide alternatives or process refunds. Afnuu International is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other issues beyond its control.

Intellectual Property
Materials provided by Afnuu International, such as photographs, graphics, and videos, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may use this material only as authorized by Afnuu International and must not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Visa Requirements
Travel bookings are subject to applicable visa requirements, which are the responsibility of the individual traveler. Afnuu International is not liable for any issues arising from visa requirements and is not obligated to refund untraveled bookings due to visa issues.

Use Limitation
Afnuu International’s services are for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from Afnuu International without express permission.

Right to Refuse Services
Afnuu International reserves the right to refuse any customer order without providing a reason. A contract for service is not complete until full payment is received and accepted by Afnuu International. If a User breaches this agreement or any applicable rules, Afnuu International may suspend or terminate the User’s access and take legal action if necessary.

Cancellation Due to Invalid Information
If Afnuu International discovers unauthorized or incorrect information from the User, it reserves the right to cancel bookings or services without prior notice. Afnuu International is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such cancellations.

Interpretation and Severability
Terms and conditions apply equally to singular and plural forms. Pronouns include corresponding masculine, feminine, and neuter forms. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Relationship
The relationship between Afnuu International and the User is contractual, governed by the laws of Nepal. There is no partnership or principal-agent relationship.

Updating Information
Afnuu International endeavors to ensure accuracy but may make corrections for inaccuracies or typographical errors as needed. Changes to information, software, products, and services may be made without notice.
