Agreement Between Afnuu International Private Limited (Travel Agency) and the User (Customer)

Afnuu International Private Limited has established the following Rules and Restrictions to provide travel-related services to the User (Customer). This agreement is binding for both parties in accordance with the prevailing laws of Nepal, as well as all norms and values related to the Tourism Business.

General Rules:

  1. Payment Realization:
    • Full payment must be realized for the travel-related services rendered by Afnuu International.
    • Any increase in taxes or airfare will be communicated and charged to customers.
    • Bookings are subject to cancellation by the airline or Afnuu International without prior notice until full payment is received.
  2. Schedule Changes:
    • Afnuu International is not responsible for schedule changes by the airline after ticket issuance but will inform customers if notified by the airline.
    • Reconfirm flight timings 24 hours before departure.
  3. Ticket Changes and Cancellations:
    • All tickets are subject to date change and cancellation penalties.
    • Partially or half-utilized tickets are non-refundable.
    • No refunds for NO SHOWS.
    • A transaction-processing fee of NPR 500 per ticket applies where the customer is entitled to a full refund.
  4. Discounted Fares:
    • Subject to specific rules and regulations; airlines may restrict upgrades to higher classes.
    • Contact the respective airlines for clarifications.
  5. Ticket Validity:
    • Travel must be completed within the ticket validity period.
    • Date changes are allowed only within the ticket validity period.
  6. Mileage Guarantee:
    • Afnuu International is not responsible for mileage guarantees. Frequent flier miles are at the sole discretion of the respective airlines.
  7. Infant Travel:
    • Infant fare applies to travelers under 24 months throughout the entire journey.
    • If the infant is 24 months or older on the return journey, child fare will apply.
    • One infant per adult passenger; additional infants will be charged the applicable child fare.
  8. Unaccompanied Minors:
    • Some airlines do not allow children to travel alone or with young adults (12-16 years).
    • Verify with customer care or respective airlines before booking.
  9. Date Change and Cancellation Requests:
    • Contact customer care for assistance with date changes and cancellations.
    • Afnuu International charges a date change assistance fee of NPR 200 (Domestic) and NPR 500 (International) per passenger, plus airline penalties.
    • Cancellation service fee of NPR 200 (Domestic) and NPR 500 (International) per passenger, plus airline penalties.
  10. Refunds:
    • Refund requests are processed after receiving the paper tickets back.
    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days for e-tickets and 15-21 business days for paper tickets.
    • Insurance payments are non-refundable in case of travel cancellation.
  11. Reservation Confirmation:
    • In rare cases of unconfirmed reservations, Afnuu International will attempt to contact customers by phone and email.
    • Customers must respond within 48 hours to honor the original booking price.
  12. Travel Documents:
    • Ensure possession of all valid travel documents: passport, air tickets, visa, health certificates, travel insurance, etc.
    • Consult consulates/airlines for travel document requirements before departure.
  13. Liability
    • Afnuu International acts as a medium for issuing air tickets.
    • Consult embassies/consulates/airlines for visa/travel document requirements.
    • Afnuu International is not liable for visa/travel document information or forgery. Customers are responsible for any forgery committed.
