Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in ticketing, travel, or customer service more than 3 years (required).
• Knowledge of IATA Regulations and global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (required).
• Knowledge of Domestics Ticketing (required).
• Bachelor or equivalent (preferred).
• Familiar with handling online customer service and social media platforms to promote services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
• Open to working different hours depending on travel needs.
