After you board your Flight from Delhi, enjoy a short and scenic journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will be waiting at the arrival area holding a placard with your name. You will then be transferred comfortably to the Gallery Park Hotel, located in the lively tourist district of Thamel. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome refreshment and check in to your room. In the afternoon, we begin our sightseeing with a visit to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most sacred stupas in the world. After taking in its spiritual ambiance, we head to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, situated on the banks of the Bagmati River. After the tour, you will be dropped back at the hotel. After breakfast, we drive to Doleshwar Mahadev Temple, believed to be the head part of the revered Kedarnath Temple in India, and an important pilgrimage site. Following the visit, we continue to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will experience beautifully preserved Newari architecture, traditional pottery, and the rich cultural atmosphere of medieval Nepal. Stroll through its courtyards and temples, and witness local craftsmanship in action. After sightseeing, return to the hotel in the afternoon. After a delicious breakfast, we head toward Chandragiri Hills, located on the southwest side of Kathmandu Valley. A short drive will bring you to the base station, where you will board the cable car for a scenic ride to the top. Once at the summit, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of the entire Kathmandu Valley and, on clear days, a sweeping panorama of the Himalayan range, including peaks like Langtang and Ganesh Himal. You can also visit the hilltop Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple. After spending quality time soaking in the views, you’ll return to the base by cable car and drive back to your hotel.
